Yoga transformed my life. After my divorce, I struggled with feelings of unworthiness, isolation, confusion which drew into chronic pain. In 2018, I began practicing yoga, and through daily classes, I learned to be present with myself. This journey helped me heal both physically and emotionally, teaching me self-love, grace, and inner peace. Now as a certified Yoga, Meditation, and Chair teacher, I'm pursuing my Yoga Therapist license (est. 2026). My goal is to help others release their pain- physical, emotional, and ,mental-just as yoga helped me.
I offer gentle yoga for those navigating life transitions like divorce or empty-nesting, focusing on breath work, strength, and balance. Specializing in Chair yoga, I also offer mat yoga and meditation, tailored to your needs. I offer flexible individual and group in-person and online sessions, with in -person options at your workplace or gym.

If something is out of my scope, I will suggest you see your physician or doctor.
Aside from individual I can teach group sessions as well, they must be 5 or more to accommodate.
